I’ve been taking my puppy to It’s a Dog Life for 5 months now, one day a week, and they are always so flexible if I need an extra day. The cost is so reasonable compared to a dog walker, and I have complete peace of mind knowing he’s cared for all day while I’m at work. The staff are amazing – especially Louise, who my dog absolutely adores! He’s always so excited when we pull up, and often doesn’t want to leave. He’s also had a groom here and it was excellent. In fact, when I took him for a last-minute bath at Pets at Home, they asked who groomed him and said it was one of the best they’d seen. I would honestly be lost without this service. Sarah, Louise and the team are just fab - so professional, friendly and caring, which made me feel so at ease when leaving my crazy pooch. Satoshi also had his first groom with Sarah a couple of weeks ago to which Sarah did a lovely job! After previously been told that he is quite anxious with the dryer, Sarah reassured me through showing me a video that he is in fact absolutely fine! Sarah is amazing at grooming always grooms our Rosie just how we like and so reasonablely priced! The doggie day care is amazing, updates on the Facebook with photos and videos and the staff are so friendly and amazing with our Rosie, all seem to care and genuine :)
